Hi

;)
My wive has a Galaxy ace which keeps saying memeory is running low. I have deleted all the apps which she no longer uses but some apps will not delete. Any Ideas Please.
Regards Kimba

Hi Kimba, and welcome to AF :)

Pre-installed system apps can't be removed (unless you "root" the phone). However, they are also not using internal memory, as they are in a different storage partition.

Application data do use internal memory as well (both user and system apps), so if there are system apps that were formerly used but are not any more, using the Manage Applications menu to "clear data" for those apps may free a bit of space. It may be worth checking that no apps are using excessive amounts of data.

You may also get some useful advice in the Galaxy Ace forum.

Good luck,

Hadron

Hello and welcome aboard. Thanks for stopping by and join us. :)

Try clearing cache from all installed applications (whether preinstalled or not), however... If you are still getting the same error message - remove and reinsert the SD card. If problem still persist, you might have to reset the device to its original factory default settings. It might have been corrupted by one of the installed application.

Good luck.
