I'm introducing myself because it won't let me post otherwise (not sure why -- there are no images or links in my post). I used to be an iPhone user, but just switched to Android, and love the phone but having a horrible time with Google/Samsung for support. I was sold a broken phone from Google Play (the wifi doesn't work), and I've been 1.5 months without a phone while waiting for Samsung to repair it twice, and spent countless hours on the phone with Google/Samsung support (who bounce me back and forth and tell me to do things like put my phone in airplane mode while I'm talking to them -- which disconnects it of course).

Sorry to hear about your bad luck with Google/Samsung.
Unfortunately, too, the reason you probably can't post is we have certain measures in place to take action against spam bots, again we are sorry for that too.
I hope you get any questions/concerns you have answered in a timely fashion and start getting a better experience with android
