i need to change the android version for samsung s6802 from 2.3.6 to ice sandwitch(4) .
is it possible , pls anyone help this issue.

Hello and welcome aboard.

Not unless there is an updated ICS version of that device. Rooting the device might also be another way of getting this down, however...there are always pros and cons in modification of a device.
