This is Arch, checking in for the first time. I've just bought a Samsung 7" something, and I'm wondering whether I can manage it from my PC, like my Droid. Anyone know?

Yes you can. As long as you connect it to your PC using the microUSB cable, then you should be able to manage your tablet via your PC.
