I am have recently upgraded my Nexus 7 to a new 2013 version and I have run into a few issues such as an unresponsive screen & a Play Store hijacking problem (for lack of a better description). I have joined the forum for lack of very helpful support from Google. It seems the default fix for everything is "Do a full hardware reset".

Thanks for the advice. I find my Nexus 7 very useful both at work (hospital) to keep track of items in a database and also at home/holiday for entertainment. However there are one or two minor issues I would very much appreciate some help.
