Sorry that the rules about new members posting URLs is preventing you from getting your point across. The reason for the rule is so the site isn't inundated with spambots and other unwanted stuff.
I hope you can describe what your problem is in a way that doesn't require the URL. We have some very clever Android enthusiasts here who are ready to help you. Do your best, and we'll try to point you in the right direction.
