A self-professed nerd, I purchased an EVO on Friday and couldn't be more pleased. I've had a Palm Pre for the last year and loved it! If you haven't used a WebOS device, I encourage you to do so. Mr. Duarte's departure from Palm will be Android's gain.
WebOS and Android have much in common, and one of the things I liked about the Pre was the 'homebrew' marketplace. The ability to 'tweak' the OS and experience was awesome; a lot of fun for us nerds! I'm looking forward to the same and more within Android.
