3) Scroll down to where it says "Android Version 4.0.4"
4) Press it multiple times fast
-An Android ICS Man will appear on screen

5) Press and hold ICS Man, he will grow bigger until

Similar Eater Eggs have been included on all versions since Gingerbread. On GB it was a Gingerbread man (surprisingly), on Honeycomb it was the Bee thing, ICS what you've described above and on JellyBean, it's a JellyBean. If you hold the bean, your screen will fill with smaller JellyBeans for you to swipe away.

Pointless, but fun none the less.
