From the home page
menu button
system settings
scroll down to developer options
select it and turn off there
If you mean how to hide it in the system settings menu, I dont think you can. You could use an app such as AppLock (by Domobile in Playstore) to password protect the system settings if you are trying to stop someone from messing with it.
