Help hide it pro

Okay so I'm a little computer illiterate so bear with me.
I have a galaxy s4 that I have the hide it pro app on. Unfortunately the screen broke and is now blacked out but it still turns on. Is there any way I can recover these photos from a computer or other phone? I've read other posts about a problem like this bit like I said I'm a little computer illiterate. Any help would be great. Thanks

I've never used Sidesync but have seen in recommended here a lot.
