Canadian Galaxy Nexus (rooted) is looking to figure out a way to get US radio stations/apps. Is there a free app or config that I can do to cloak my Google play or hide my IP so I can download appls like Radio.com or Pandora?

thx

No idea, but you can access radio stations from the US that support shoutcast using WinAmp. Jango is a good alternative to Pandora too.
