hide my IP

Hide it from what? You can't hide your IP in general while remaining online, but you can block particular known addresses, or range of addresses, from contacting you by using a firewall app or similar.
 
Aaah - you don't want to hide your IP then, you want to use a particular IP. Typical way of doing this is to use a proxy, although I know that services such as the BBC actively hunt out and remove these workarounds and Pandora is said to actively block such attempts.

In general its a lot easier to use an alternative such as LastFM. If you're adamant you want to listen to Pandora then you can try searching for terms such as Pandora outside U.S on google - beyond that I can't help, sry.
 
torproxy & shadow might work to block your ip. Not sure if it'll make pandora work though.

Sorry and thx for effort ,im not a english speaker so i have a little excuses.Anyway my problem is not solved so again some suggestions?
