Hide notificaton bar

[razmataz]

Is there an app that can hide my notification bar ? Can you do it without installing a launcher ? ADW does it but i just want a simple app that does it and not a launcher.

I know widget locker hides it on your lock screen.

Not sure how to hide it all the time. Not sure why you would want to. I like having notifications displayed.
