Hide popupUI?

Hello, I am used to the iOS jailbreak scene but have had a few android phones (last being S3 some years ago).

On there we had some things like HideMe8 which would do things like hide any UI item and other things as well.
I recently picked up a nexus 7(1013) and a popup keeps coming up when I try to install apps. It says something like "Google would like to take information about this app blah blah" and if I say no it pops up every single time I install an apk. I finally said yes and it hasn't come back up but is there a way to hide this sort of stuff?

Also, I could really benefit from a android tweak wiki or something like that. I'm on a stock 4.4.4 rooted nexus 7. I don't really want to use any launchers. But yeah. Tweaks?

I'm not aware of something like HideMe8 but someone else might be able to help you there.

You're already using a launcher - the stock Android 4.4.4 one. You probably would be happier with something more customizable. Nova is highly recommended but here are many others.

You are aware that Android 5.0 Lollipop is now available for the Nexus 7?
