Hide Status Bar/Notification Bar While in Certain Apps

[MrCarder]

The "best" Status Bar hiding application I've been able to find so far is Smart Statusbar+.

It does an OK job if you want the status bar hidden unless you explicitly request it, but I only want to hide the status bar in certain applications.

For example, some applications (such as Reddit Sync) have embedded youtube videos that don't hide the status bar - like the actual youtube app does.

Does anyone know of an application that will allow me to choose when to hide the Status Bar?

This is a very limited solution, but if you have a Samsung S4, the multi-window feature hides the status bar when you are displaying two apps. The apps that you can run in multi-window are very limited though, which is part of what makes it a very limited solution.
