New here.
I joined because my 4 month old Moto G suddenly died and wouldn't seem to charge.
After contacting my provider (and realizing I'd have to wait for any kind of a response), I kept forum-hopping and found an answer that worked here in the forums. I'm so relieved.
I also have a Galaxy Tab 2, and maybe I can learn thing or two more from this excellent community.
