Hiding recipients

I'm setting up groups of contacts on my HTC Evo. How do I prevent recipients from seeing the email address of others in the group? Is there a setting somewhere I am missing? Thanks!

I see you've found the EVO forum, if you put the contacts in the BCC of your email app, that should hide the recipients?

That would work for a new message with multiple contacts, but I'm talking about when you actually create email groups. For example in my computer email application I have the option when creating a group to hide all recipients so when they receive a message it will either say it was sent to undisclosed recipients or it will just show the group name. Make sense?

Yeah, that makes sense.

I've had a play about with K9 Mail and it doesn't look to offer that functionality. There are other apps which might though? You could try MailDroid.

What would happen if you put the group name in the BCC field?
