Hiding Some Applications

Looking for an Android application like App Protect pro, but that will actually hide applications from the Applications menu and search and place them under a the app or a new folder with a password.

Also, anybody using any application to change icons and rename application descriptions with any success.

Even if you succeed in hiding a tracker, or something similar, the collateral damage of its operation will be very noticeable: a battery drain like there's no tomorrow, and the dataplan will be eaten alive, which can turn out to be very expensive.
