Help High frequency sounds

Hey everyone,

I am desperate for help.
During almost every phone conversation, at least I hear a burst of high frequency sounds that lasts about five seconds (the person on the other line hears it too). I have exchanged my phone (DOA) and even tried changing the SIM card, but nothing...
Also, it will happen that I will try making a phone call and it won't even dial, it just hangs up and I have to dial again...
What else can I do???

You can talk to your provider and make sure they are not having some infrastructure issues.
