Hello and welcome to Android Forums! 
I have never seen Android installed well on a handset that was designed for another OS. Some have managed to get parts of it working, but it's never pretty and always problematic. Unfortunately the spec's of the Samsung Champ wouldn't be conducive to even trying to run Android.
