when I factory reset the phone it starts and the logo appears with a hand to touch the screen . when i touch the icon as said it makes a mild noise but doesnt start
time is shown in that screen , sim 1 and 2 indicator is showing as blocked , emergency call is showing , and language selection is showing but nothing starts then.
The mobile mechanic told that no big problem but the only way to recover is to copy the same files from a same kind of instrument. Then only the problem can be solved , Its not possible to send the mobile from my home country India to China for this problem .
Your help will be appreciated if you upload the all phone system files.
