History Eraser for Android

Hello, I have just purchased a Samsung Galaxy Ace 2. I have not downloaded a browser. To use the internet I use the pre installed Google icon to search. I have so far installed, then uninstalled two history eraser apps. Problem is they do not erase the searches made using this google icon. Can anybody recommend one that works please. Alternatively a downloadable browser. I tried Chrome, but a message comes up that it is not compatible with my phone. Many thanks.

I use Boat Browser mini, and it has a setting to clear all data on exit. I imagine some of the other browsers do, also. You might check Opera mini. Others here have other browsers that do the same and should chime in.

For History Eraser: Download "Android Assistant" (click on Tools tab and select "System Clean"......there is also an icon for "Cache Cleaner"...it's a great app!
