Root Holo Locker Permanent

Only if you're rooted, if so instead of deleting a system app you can just freeze it using Titanium Backup.

Use Titanium Backup and freeze the app. But I don't believe there is an actual app you can freeze for the lockscreen. That's in the framework of the phone I think.

Has this changed at all? Just changed to the Sleipnir ROM and I sometimes have to unlock the stock locker and the holo locker before getting to the home screen. Kind of annoying...

1. Turn your security off temporarily (If you have any)

2. Move the holo locker to the system. There's an app on the play store called/system/app mover

3. Reboot, it should be faster.

4. Turn security back on if you want it. There should be a "Security lock" feature thing under holo locker settings. Check it if you have security lock. If not, don't check. Or idk. Play around with checking it on and off. It's messed up and weird

Anyway, move it to system basically in order to make it faster. It worked for me everytime. Always make a nandroid backup though.

Hopefully that helps. If not, my phone loves me more than your phone loves you or something haha.

Oh and btw, don't freeze the system lock screen or anything. Very bad idea. Just don't touch it. It'll be all good. Basically, this makes it load faster so you won't even see the old lock screen
