I'm running a rooted Verizon Galaxy Nexus with stock 4.2.2 and accompanying proper radios.
Today my phone did something it hadn't done since I upgraded to 4.2.2, it shut itself off for no reason. I flipped it back on and the phone went CRAZY:
1. Clock decided it was 9pm at about 4:30 pm
2. System told me that Google Play was not compatible with my hardware
3. Facebook and Twitter apps said no connection (full 4G bars)
4. I couldn't see texts that I sent, only the ones that came in
5. Phone log wouldn't update
6. No access to Google Play, Google Search, Voice Commands
7. Wicked lag
8. System told me that I needed an updated Hangouts to use it, able to receive hangout messages but only can see them in notification bar, cannot reply or access Hangouts. Unable to update since Google Play cannot connect.
I reset the phone a few times, force stopped Google frameworks, cleared the cache and data, nothing worked.
7:30 p.m. - phone works fine
