Please don’t hate if this question has been asked before as I did search the forums for this information especially for this phone prior to posting to no avail.
I have a non-rooted, Samsung Infuse 4G and Samsung tells me there is no way to stop the Home Bar backlights (bottom of phone interface with the back and home buttons, etc.) from glowing whenever they are activated. This is very annoying when trying to use the phone in the dark (nighttime reading, etc.). I found an app that lets me tone down the lowest setting for the screen’s brightness. However, I don’t seem to be able to find a reliable way of turning off the Home Bar backlights even though the app I use for dimming the screens has the option to do this.
Any advice?
