I am using a rooted HTC EVO V 4G with the harmonia 3.16 rom. I have run into an issue where a quick press of the home button no longer takes you to the home screen, it does nothing, leaving me to press the back button to get back home. A long press still works however bringing up all the apps I have recently used. I fixed this problem once by restoring a titanium back up, but this only resolved the issue for a short period. I googled my problem and found this suggested fix;

Implementing this fix, resets all my desktop customizations (wallpaper,shortcuts,folders) and resolves the problem for a longer period but the issue still returns after a few days of use. I find it rather annoying, has anyone else experienced this, any ideas as to how I could resolve it indefinitely.
