Home Button Long Press

Just curious if you can add apps to the home button long press. Currently when you long press the home button the Google app thing comes up, but it almost appears as though you should be able to add other apps to the semicircle that pops up. Is it possible?

Well, in settings / accessibility there is a setting for launching an app with a double tap of the home button. Also, replacement launcher apps like Action Launcher and Nova Prime allow you to define specific actions to multiple taps of home. That said, I am unaware of any way to specify a specific action to long-pressing home, as I think it's defined within Android to the Google Now launch gesture. (Perhaps the application Tasker can do this? I haven't used Tasker in a long time.
