Help Home button not working while on call.

[andonakis]

Can anyone please tell me when I'm on a call why my home button does not work to go to my home screen? I usually like to check on things while on call, like check email, send text etc. But since 2 days ago when I'm on call I can't. I can pull down my notification bar and that's it. Thanks.

Mine works the way it should. I am on Sprint and have the Lollipop update.
Try rebooting the phone and if that fails to correct it, delete the Cache. Let us know.
Good Luck!
