Home Button Not Working

So I restored my rooted phone to factory settings, and now the home button and volume buttons won't work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Run setup wizard and it should be good to go. You should be able to do it through adb but you'll have to Google the command, or you can use activity launcher from the play store.
