Help home button wonky...

Hey all, i received my note 3 earlier today and i looked at the home button and realised it was slanted, i pushed the right side of it up ans it straightened it up but you can move it about by just touching it, anyone else with the same issue?
 
The button on my S4 is excellent.

Yet that said I would greatly prefer a touch sensitive button as opposed to this Apple inspired old tech mechanical button. I actually read an article talking about Apples influence and the public perception a mechanical button is better. After four, yes four failed iPhone buttons, I dread Samsung's decision.

Why one would prefer a mechanical button right in the center of a beautiful touch screen smartphone is beyond me.
 
i tried to email samsung from their site about it but they havent got this model listed under the drop down bars, also i cant find anything on the internet about it, it seems to be working fine i just want to ask them how long the warranty is and will it cover a defective home button if it does go on to break

I'd return it since you're in that 15 day period.
 
I would be in the store and returning that one right away. Having something slightly out of place, I could probably deal with it, but if I can physically move it in a manner that it's not supposed to move...no good.
 
my new screen protectors arrived today so its a good job i didnt put one on, i contacted my local o2 store and they said phone customer support tomorrow morning and they will send someone out within 24 hours to replace it

lets see if they actually turn up lol
 
just double checking because everyone always says im picky and look for faults lol

i can move the home button around slightly by pushing up or down on it, i can also move it side to side slightly

if i push it in and move my finger i can move the button in all directions, does your button stay still ?
