Home has stopped!

When I press the blue apps icon on the home page of my Lucid-LG phone, it gives me a screen that says "unfortunately, home has stopped". Why is that and what to do????

Although I am unfamiliar with your device, could it be that is the launcher that has stopped?
Have you tried a battery pull and try again?

Hey there Matthew, glad to have you aboard

I would suggest to take Mike's advice and try and pull the battery and restart the device. Otherwise if the problem persists you probably have a software error in your device requiring a Factory Reset, which will delete all of your data. However, if you are looking for some other device you can take that Device forum link that Mike provided above.

I have the same issue with my LG Spectrum. Did you find the answer? I would prefer not to lose my data.
