Home Page Change question

Hi all

New to this site and to android phones, I have a Huawei Y300 running Jelly Bean 4.1.1 I tried to change the home page and made a mistake and can't find out how to restore.

I am sure this is simple but I just don't know how, I change the widget CHOOSE picture to a contact in my list and hit the wrong one, how can I change it please.

I have also some how managed to start an album and a slideshow of all the picture stored in phone has started and I only wanted one photo to show how do stop or change this please.

Any help is always appreciated

Drag the widget to the trash. Try again.

OK I have another Homepage question and I didn't want to start a new thread, is it OK if I hi-jack this for a minute .
For some reason I lost a homepage shortcut for one of my apps . I can't for the life of me work out how to add an app shortcut to my homepage, any ideas anyone ??
