Help Home replacement app?

OK I know there are like a million home replacement apps like GO Launcher Ex, Launcher Pro, ect, but when I press the home button it gives me two options to go to my home replacement one, or my stock one. Now if I set it to "use by default for this action", how would I change it back? I'm on the T-Mobile MyTouch 4g thank you for your time!

Go into Settings --> Applications --> Manage applications --> <find your app, eg Launcher Pro>

Look for the group labeled "Launch by default" and hit the Clear defaults button.
