Home Replacement with persistence??

I find myself switching devices fairly often and it is a nuisance setting up my home screen and re-configuring my apps each time.

So, do any of the home replacement apps provide a simple way to move or persist their configuration between devices (e.g. using import/export, or by associating my config with my account)?

If I remember correctly, I think ADW launcher EX lets you save your screen configurations.
