Help home screen and apps

Can anyone tell if it is possoble to move some of my app icons onto a homescreen and if so how can this be done. only got the s2 a few days ago,,,, lol
 
in the menu, hold the icon and it will pop up in the home screen, if you want to delete the icons from homescreen, hold and drag to trashcan
