Help home screen apps

On the screens where I have many icons, I manually move them around into the order I want them; it doesn't take long.

Just long press each icon and drag it to the spot you want it.

Yes, just one of the reasons to like LauncherPro. With TouchWiz Launcher I have a hard time finding the app I am looking for in the drawer. One bad thing I am finding with Launcher Pro. Desk cradle and Car Cradle apps do not automatically launch. Only does it in TouchWiz Launcher. Anyone else seeing this?
