Help Home screen customizing.

Hi all,

On the home screen there are 7 possibilities to customize it represented by seven dots underneath.
I believe we can make use of this facility in such a way to make us easier to use our SGS II, but I still have no clue on how and what to do.

Anybody has utilized it? Please share, I will be very appreciate that.

Have no idea what you are trying to ask. The 7 are home screens. You can have how many you want to a maximum 7. Home screens are like windows PC desktop. You place shortcuts and widgets here. Just tap menu and choose add to get list of available widgets.

Tap the app drawer icon. Long press on any app and you can move to home screen as shortcut. Either that press menu and choose edit.

Hope this helps but not sure if its what you want.

I use several. eg #2 has Internet, Email and links/(Shortcuts) to several web sites I use regularly. #7 has maps and navigation apps etc

The screens are simply visual real estate, use as many or as few as you wish. Depends on your needs and usage how you lay them out. I use five in this manner;
time and weather, quick toggles+app folders, full page calendar, full page twitter app and finally full page news reader app.
