Help Home screen problem after software update

Some of the icons on the bottom (or worse) will fail to load for 5+ seconds when returning to the home screen. It's happening pretty often thoughout the day and is super annoying. This issue started after I updated. I'm with AT&T if that makes any difference.

How do I reinstall the update? I dl'd it with fairly poor signal so wondering if that caused some issues. I need to uninstall the update or install it again. Please help

Any recommendations of where I can go to get technical help with my phone. This forum seems to be too clogged up with other stuff.

Factory reset fixed the problem. Sucks though cause I had to reload a ton of crap

I'm having the exact same problem, I really don't fancy doing a factory reset though. :/
