On the stock launcher home screen for the Edge is it possible to add apps to the bottom like you could do with previous android devices?

Nope - that's what your Edge dispay is for now. You can make folders to put on that Edge, and it scrolls up and down as well to put even more apps on it.

So, on Touch Wiz, nope, you can get that row at the bottom. You can with another launcher like Nova Prime.

I'm at the point now, that the Edge screen has completely spoiled me and I don't like to use ANY apps on my screen real estate now, just a few widgets.

That's what I thought, but I wanted to ask. And while I have only had this device for less than 24 hours, I am getting VERY spoiled with the Edge screen. It's where I have everything!!!
