I picked up my Razr Maxx HD yesterday.... LOVE IT! The battery is still at 63% after moderate use for 1 1/2 days, and it is fast with Jelly Bean. I have 2 questions:

1. On my unlock choices it has "Unlock", "Text", "Camera" and "Phone". Can I change a choice to another app? I want "Yahoo Mail".

2. Can I resize the icons on the home screen, (not the widgets)?

I know you can change the text app to handcent by disabling the built-in messaging app. Not sure about email.

If you use Nova Launcher, you can choose to use different icon sizes.
