Home screen rotate

Hi all,
I,m brand new to this stuff and just getting used to my HTC Wildefire. Can anyone tell me how to make my home screen viewable in lanscape? i'ts so annoying to be in lanscape for google navigation but not when on home screen or when a call comes in.

What phone do you have? I know on my Thunderbolt the homescreen doesnt rotate. You may want to check out third party launchers that have this feature.

The home screen does not rotate for stock Android or HTC Sense UI on the EVO, so I am going to assume it is the same for the Wildfire. If you want your home screens to auto rotate, you'll need an alternate launcher like ADW Launcher or LauncherPro

Hi all I tried ADW and was able to rotate homescreen but my Wildfire phone pad and contacts where still in portrait. any suggestions please. As really all I'm trying to achieve is a landscape view of my phone pad when a call comes in during navigation.
