Hi.
I have 4 home screens. If I am in the last one, a slide will not take me to the first home screen. Is there a setting for this? I have seen other aces do this, so I know it's possible.

I have android 2.3.4, samsumg galaxy ace GT-S8530, S5830WGKP4

I believe there is a setting under display/screens and then it will either be labeled as auto rotate, or screens rotate circularly. When you find that setting, checkmark it. Hope that helps.:)
 
I think this feature is added in 2.3.6 version of stock rom con't confirm it sight now coz i am not using stock any more... check if you are have a update available for your phone
 
Under settings/display there's no "Screens" item. There are no updates for my phone (according to Kyes).
 
The auto-rotate option at settings - display is related to the rotation from portrait to landscape when rotating the the phone vertically. It has nothing to do with the rotation of the home screens from first to last.

Im running a stock 2.3.4 too and I cannot rotate home screens from first to last. Although this does work within the application grid.

I guess you will need to install a launcher for this. Zeam launcher is a reallly good launcher, minimalist and consumes very little resources.
 
A friend of mine is running 2.3.6 and he has the ability to navigate the home screens in circles. I checked and there is no option to enable/disable that functionality under settings/display. The only conclusion I can draw from all this is that the functionality of circle-navigating the home screens is a 2.3.6 default.

this feature was introduced with 2.3.6 update i was not sure if it was in 2.3.4 and there is no option to control this feature in settings.
