Ah ok then. Did all these issues happen at the same time? Do you recall doing anything to the device that was out of the ordinary such as dropping it, getting it wet, letting the device go completely dead, downloading an app from outside of reliable sources, attempting root, etc?
Have you tried a simple reboot to help?

actually its my daughters lg3 and she thinks she did something to it but didnt drop it or got it wet.  We did install comcast security but not sure if this happened at the same time.

yes. We rebooted. But when i tried to install the home button fix app i found that the phone fails to download anything.

The device is an LG G3?? If so, I need to move this thread into that forum.....right now you started this thread in the LG G4 forum.
