Help Homepage won't stay rest for a Galaxy Note 2

My Galaxy Note 2 won't keep a internet browser homepage reset. You reset it, leave the internet, come back to it later on and about 75% of the time it has reset itself to a different page. Usually a blank page. I've tried the current setting and the other setting in the homepage reset menu. Even when you do reset it and it stays on what you set it to for a couple of times, eventually it rests itself to something else. This is driving me bats$"! crazy. There's got to be something I'm missing. Could somebody give me a clue, cause I have no idea what is going on.
 
I think you have some 3rd party app keep opening pages on your default browser. My pages on the browser stay forever. Try to clear the browser app cache and data and see if that helps. If not, try to see if it is one of the free app you installed lately.
 
First, thanks for the ideas. They really helped. Okay, it seems that it's a Tmobile problem. Tried using several different browsers. No problem. It seems to be related to one of those"Oh, you can't live without this apps!" that come preloaded on the phone. Uninstalled all of the updates for these programs, voil
