I just got this phone 2 days ago and I am still trying to figure a few things out, there are some differences from my samsung galaxy stratosphere but generally I am doing ok with the changes. However there are a few things that are bothering me that I cannot figure out, such as there is a voice that says page one of five, two of five and so on when i have my media volume on when i am on my home screens or menu screens, its quite annoying having to turn off my media volume sound everytime i exit an application so that i dont have to hear what number screen i am on. i have gone in to settings multiple times but i cannot find away to turn this off! please someone there has to be away to do it other than turning my media volume off everytime!

I got the same problem when updating my Galaxy Note to Android 4.1.2.
Solution for me was going to: Settings > Accessibility > Addons Detector.
When pressing Addons Detector, a reference to Known issues appears.
It seems several issues under Accessibility may cause the problem. For me stopping Addons Detector, silenced the annoying womans mouth
