guys please can u help me. when i put on my mobile data it does not show the 3g,2g or any symbol at the top side and i have input apn settings i dont know wat to do again

have you talked to your carrier? maybe something is wrong with your sim card? did you switch carriers?

i havent talk to my carrier but i was thinking its from the phone
or its just the sim card

its probably not your phone, but to verify you can do a factory reset to see if it is a software issue. if that does not work then it is either your sim card or the carrier.
