honor 5x tethering network locked?

I tried to turn on hotspot on my newly arrived honor 5x, the request was declined
The phone somehow asked a server and responded to me that I need to subscribe to hotspot service.
Anyone got it work without paying for the fee?

if you use the app "WiFi Tether Router version 6.0.4, you will need to have root and make a few changes in the app then it will work fine. I've been using since my honor came in. Don't thank me I found this in the fourms, posted bye "2663KML"

Configure WiFi router
Choose your Wifi Name SSID
And Wifi Password
Interface-wlan0
Method-hostApd
Prevents Stand by- {Checkbox}
Hostapd patch- {Checkbox}
Auto disconnect wifi when starting tether- {Checkbox}
Enable DMZ- {Checkbox}

Click on APN Settings
Copy Default APN
Name {Same As Default APN2}
APN Name {Same As Default APN}
{Scroll Down}
APN protocol- {IPv4}
APN roaming protocol-IPv4}
And Save New Settings and select your New APN

Go back Wifi Tether Router Configuration
Tap DHCP Settings
and Tap Get Default provider DNS
and check DNS Redirect
and Tap Save Config
