hoping for a quick fix!!!!

I am not the best at figuring things out on the computer or on my phone.....but I have done something to my phone and now when I get a text message I don't get notification of the text..............how can a 2 or 3 year old do more then I can with the modern day conviences!!!!!!?????

Hello and welcome aboard. That can be caused by several problems. First thing I would suggest you do is to contact your service provider to see if there is any problems on their end.

Then, if everything is okay on their end..you should stop by your device's support forum for some assistance with getting this issue resolved. Here is a link to the home-page
