What the hell is happened, but my Note 10.1 WiFi connection is horrible slow - it is almost useless nowadays. Been that for some time but today it was close I didnt throw it against a wall.
It says that the link speed is 54-72mbps, connection is excellent, signal strength too, but the ping is like 150-200ms, d/l speed is only 0,1mbps-0,4mbps and u/l speed is 1-5 mbps.
At the same time my laptop gets d/l speed 75 mbps and u/l 8mbps while the ping is 8ms . (Internet connection is 100/10) and same with other (another laptop, Nexus 5, TF300T) devices. But my Note sucks totally!
Have tried resetting the router, changed the wifi channel to less crouded one. For example Youtube is useless, 2sec vid for evert 10 sec pause. I think this all started after the latest "improvement" update that came some time ago via OTA. I also have Allshare dongle which needed a patch from Playtstore. So these two things - ota and the patch - are things that have been changed.
And the oddball: Ookla Speedtest (Android app) gets 35/10mbps, ping 15ms. But all other net-connections sucks.
Anyone else has problems with wifi in Note 10.1 (n8000 model)?
Edit. Stock browser, Chrome and Youtube-app seem to behave slow. Opera works much better. So I quess the issue is related to these two other browsers and Youtube-app.
