I have a stock. N7 with 4.2.2 I use my tablet about 1 hour each morning checking my email,weather,news papers. Later I watch YouTube for about 20 minutes and surf for about 40 Minutes. I check my email very often during the day then spend maybe an hour surfing in the evening. I don't use Google now. I leave GPS on but sometimes switch background data off. I am retired so have time on my hands 
so I use my N7 frequently. I am posting my battery app below. I hope it helps. I did let my battery go lower than usual.
